Beaches

Stroll Long Beach and jump up onto the Granites, rock formation resembling whales. A minor dirt road takes us deep into Coorong National Park amongst the sand dunes and lakes. Lose your shoes for a hike up the dunes. Local Aboriginal people run the Coorong Wilderness Lodge; it's at the end of a bumpy track and enjoys terrific water views. Our hosts offer a "Bush Foods and Medicines" walk (small charge) and prepare lunch, often featuring native foods. If you'd like to stop over a few days then accomm, meals, walks and guided kayaking are available. Afternoon sights include Lakes Albert and Alexandria, pink salt lakes, a River Murray ferry crossing, expansive vineyards and the scenic Adelaide Hills

Buss Passes

You have the freedom of being able to get on and off their services at absolutely any point on their routes as often as you wish for up to 12 months. You can do this without notice. They guarantee at least 3 departures a week along their coastal routes, and operate up to daily over all of their major routes, so there is never long to wait between services. Please note that food and accommodation are not included in the cost of these bus passes.
